Suzanne Pleshette
Suzanne Pleshette, born January 31, 1937, died January 19 2008. She was an American actress, voice, television, film and theatre director. Pleshette began her stage career, and was a part of films in the late 1950s. Later, she appeared in notable films like Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds (1963), or Spirited Away (192001). She also appeared in numerous television shows, usually as guest actors, and she played Emily Hartley on The Bob Newhart Show from 1972 until 1978, receiving many Emmy Award nominations for her role.
